To hold your business to the best standard, this plan can be added to either the New Provider or CHOW Packages.
In this plan, you will receive monthly surprise on-site visits. We will email you about items due the following month for the next on-site visit. You can choose the frequency of these on-site visits.

Emergency Caregiver Services
When you are a provider, life still happens. You get sick, overworked, or burned out. We can help with these circumstances by providing caregiver services when you need them. Our caregivers have to undergo an FBI background check in order to work in your home.
How it works:
You enroll for the Emergency Caregiver Service.
We give you a binder of all our caregivers and their credentials.
A caregiver will be at your AFH within two hours of your request
or a manager if none are available.
This service is billed monthly.
We also provide a caregiver to work scheduled hours. So if you need:
Someone to help on the weekends for a few hours.
Help with showers for about 2 or 3 hours.
A break for a couple of hours a day.
Our caregivers can assist. The cost is based on what tasks you require and what type
of client you have. Like the Emergency Service, this will be billed to you monthly.
